UK Mainland Delivery
We aim to pack and despatch most orders within 24 hours. Goods are delivered via Royal Mail. Once despatched, please allow up to 3 days for delivery. Please note, a signature may be required on delivery.
Postage charges are as follows:
£3.95 for orders up to £149.99
Free delivery for orders over £150.00
Express Delivery - Please contact us if you require an urgent delivery.
Overseas Delivery - Please email us for overseas delivery service.
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. However, if you are not entirely happy, we accept exchanges or refunds within 15 days of receipt of item. Items must be in their original packaging, not used or altered. In order to arrange a refund, please use the Contact Form, stating the Invoice Number.
We regret postage costs cannot be reimbursed. Refunds will be for the original price paid.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, or if we made an error with your order, to be eligible for a return, please contact us within 3 business days of receipt of product, using the Contact Form or email us at enquiries@lanternboutique.co.uk.
Once payment has been made, we are not able to cancel an order. If you are not happy with your items once received, please follow the returns procedure above.
